Tractor Media Co. provides AI-powered digital marketing services, including but not limited to: website creation, SEO, social media management, advertising, analytics, and content generation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment & Billing

All services are billed monthly or per project. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension. Custom plans may have separate terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Violate any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our software or platform access

6. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Tractor Media Co. is either owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. Clients own custom deliverables once payment is complete, subject to agreed licensing terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for any violation of these Terms. You may cancel services at any time with written notice (30 days unless otherwise stated).

8. Limitation of Liability

Tractor Media Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
